Initial Consultations - $100

During this 1 hour long session, we will do a deep dive into your health history and what you're looking to improve & work on. We'll then put together a wellness path that will lead you towards your goals. This path will include both nourishment and lifestyle factors that will support you along the way!

Follow-Up Consultations - $75

This 45 minute session is for existing clients only. We will discuss your progress and update your path as needed!

Grocery Store Trips & Pantry Makeovers

Let's meet up at your local grocery store and I'll be your guide to give you tips on how to shop & what to buy in order to be successful with accomplishing your goals. I'll also come to your home and give your fridge and pantry a health re-boot!

At-Home Cooking Instruction

Feeling inspired by all of your new health goals, but not sure where to start in the kitchen? Let me be your cooking instructor! I'll help demonstrate how to be successful in the kitchen so that you can have success with your health. And as a plus, you will have some yummy food to eat afterwards!
