(Vegan, Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Soy-Free, Oil-Free, Low-Fat)
(Makes ~3 personal pizzas)

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough;
1 cup cassava flour
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca starch
1 tsp of arrowroot powder
2 tsp of baking powder
1 flax egg - 2 tsps of flax meal & 1/2 cup of water sit & stirred for a few minutes
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of basil
1/2 tsp of onion powder
2/3 cups water
White "Cheese" Sauce:
1 medium Japanese sweet potato, peeled & steamed
1 large gold potato, peeled & steamed
1 cup of cauliflower rice, frozen or fresh
1/3 cup cashews
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of oregano
1/4 cup chopped chives
Pizza Toppings:
Shaved brussel sprouts
Chopped kale
Sliced zucchini
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the pizza dough ingredients until dough texture (add more water if too dry). Form the dough into personal sized pizzas or one large pizza, and bake for 20 mins.
Throw in all the ingredients, other than the chives, for the white "cheese" sauce in a high speed blender until slightly smooth. Transfer "cheese" to a bowl and fold in the chopped chives.
Once the pizza dough is done, top with the "cheese" and other toppings and bake for another 10 mins.
