G's Green Goddess Dressing

(Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Oil-Free)

(Serves ~1)


1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives

1/2 tsp of dried or fresh dill

1 small garlic clove (if raw garlic is too strong for you, use 1/4 tsp of garlic powder)

1/3 cup of water

Blend until smooth & creamy. Enjoy!
