I am always super conscious about incorporating more foods that help to protect and boost my immune system. Ginger and oranges are always a must when it comes to helping the immune system, but cranberries fly under the radar. Cranberries actually contain a decent amount of Vitamin C and add a sweet, tart flavor to these immune boosting shots.
1 package of cranberries
3-4 inches of ginger
Rinse all ingredients and slice the rinds off the oranges and lemon. Run all ingredients through a juicer or blend them in a blender and strain the juice. Take a shot of this every day or add a splash of it to seltzer as a mocktail!
