Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free
3 large ripe bananas
1 cup of raw rolled oats
1 tsp of cinnamon
Raspberries or fruit of your choice for topping
In a high speed blender, blend the bananas, oats, and cinnamon until smooth. Depending on the make of your blender, you may need to add a splash of liquid to the mixture (you can use a plant-based milk of your choice), but I don't have a problem blending mine without liquid. Pour into a bowl, and top with raspberries or your fruit of choice.
This is one of my favorite breakfasts to eat because it's really filling and so delicious. It also makes an incredible dessert and will satisfy your sweet tooth, especially if you add a touch of maple syrup in the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!!
